How do I make a reservation?

Please contact us via email/phone or send a request form. We will assist you at the earliest.

Which documents do I need to make a reservation?

If you a tourist, driving license and passport are required. Please note, international license might be required. Our reservation team will inform you. If you are a resident, Emirates ID and UAE license are required.

How will my security deposit be refunded?

Security deposit is 1000AED refundable in 14 working days after returning the car. Our reservation team will provide you with more details on refund methods.

What is the min age to rent a car?

Minimum age to rent a car in the UAE is 21 years old.

Is a credit card required to rent a car?

No, it is not.

Is it possible to rent a car for 1 day?

Our rental policy is min 2 days. You can contact our team, and they will update you accordingly.

Is there a mileage limit?

Yes, mileage limit is 200 km/-per day or 4500km/-per month (unless stated otherwise in the contract). Excess mileage is 1AED/-per km.

What happens if I got into an accident or saw damage on my car?

Please inform us immediately and contact the police to get the report.

Is insurance included?

Yes, third party insurance is included. In case of an accident where our customer is non-faulty, insurance will cover all the costs. If an accident occurs and our customer is at fault, he/she will be responsible for paying 1500AED excess fee and rental period during the repair. Police report is necessary. You can always purchase full insurance. 52.5AED /- per day or 367.5AED/- per month.

Can you deliver the car?

Yes, we can. Delivery is chargeable and our reservation team will provide you with the details.

Will I be given a replacement car if my car needs service or maintenance?

Yes, if necessary, you will be provided with temporary replacement. We cannot guarantee the replacement or that it will be in the same category, but we will try our best.

Can I go to Oman?

No, leaving the UAE is not allowed.

Can I go to another Emirate?

Yes, you can go to any Emirate.

What to do if my car breaks down?

Please call our office or maintenance number: +971564458402. We will try to assist you at the earliest. Please note, free maintenance & assistance is offered only in Dubai. Maintenance or assistance in another Emirate or any maintenance caused due to client’s fault is customer’s responsibility to pay.

How will I know if I got a traffic fine?

We will inform you if a traffic fine is issued under your car. You will have to pay for it immediately.

What will happen if I do not make the payment or do not answer the phone?

We always stay loyal to our customers. However, if a request to pay is being ignored, we reserve the right to immobilize the car till the balance is paid. We strongly recommend avoiding these actions. The company is not liable for any expenses that occur while the vehicle is immobilized, and it remains the customer’s responsibility to pay rent, or any charges occurred.

Will I get a refund if I want to return my car before the due date?

No, if you return the car before the due date, there will be no refund.

Is fuel included?

No. Fuel and tolls are not included.
